Step 1

Soak the whole gram for 6 - 8 hours.

Step 2

Drain the excess water and cover the gram with a wet cloth for around 8 hours.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a non stick pan.

Step 4

Add the onion and cook it until golden colour.

Step 5

Add the curry leaves and eggs mixed with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Keep stirring for 3 - 4 minutes.

Step 7

Add the whole gram and cook for 3 - 4 mins on low flame covering the pan with a lid.

Step 8

:- Serve hot!!!

Step 9

:- If u add 4 egg whites, instead of 2 whole eggs, it makes a really healthy dish.
