Muttai Parotta
Easy to make with frozen layered parotta
Ingredients
- 5 nos Layered parotta
- 3 nos Eggs
- 1 no Onion medium
- 2 nos Tomato small
- 2 nos Green chillies
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves A few
- Curry leaves As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Pepper As reqd
Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wide pan.
- Cut onion length wise and chop green chillies and tomatoes.
- Fry onion well until become light brown.
- Fry it well.
- Add tomatoes.
- Fry it with coriander powder.
- Make layered paotta into small pieces.
- Mix the parotta with the above masala gravy.
- Pour the egg mixture to parotta mixed masala.
- Keep frying, until egg cooks well.
- Garnish with little coriander leaves.

Excellent recepie!!!
hey…good recipe..i tried it…mixed boneless chicken fry too…it was just delicious
I HAD IT ONCE FROM A HIGHWAY DHABA IN KANNANUR ON PALAKKAD – THRISSUR HIGHWAY. BUT NEVER KNEW THE RECIPE. TRIED IT AND IT WAS EXCELLENT!! THANKS.
