Step 1

Deep fry paneer cubes till light brown. Dip in warm water for 1/2 hour.

Step 2

Soak peas for 1/2 hr (if you are using dry green peas).

Step 3

Shell the mutter and keep aside.

Step 4

Fry the onion paste in hot oil till it becomes light brown.

Step 5

Add garlic paste, ginger paste and tomato paste resp.

Step 6

Fry till oil separates.

Step 7

Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, peas and water.

Step 8

Cook until peas are done.

Step 9

Add soaked paneer cubes and cook for 4 - 5 mins.

Step 10

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
