Ingredients

  • Mutton Brain 1
    Onion 1
    Green chilli 1
    ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
    oil 4 tsp
    curry leaves 1 bunch
    jeera / cumin seed 1/4 tsp
    gloves 3
    cardamom 1
    cinnamon 1/2 piece
    salt to taste
    pepper 1/2 tsp
    red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
    coriander powder 1/4 tsp
    garam masala 1 pinch
    turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Chop the onion, green chilli, curry leaves.

In a bowl add water,little salt and brain and boil for 5 mins

In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed / jeera, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom

add chopped onion and saute it until it turn in brown

add green chilli and curry leaves and mix it

add ginger garlic paste and mix well untill the raw smell goes out

add turmeric, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.

cut the boiled brain into small pieces.

now add brain in the masala and mix well until the masala blend well with the brain

allow it to boil for 5 minutes in a medium flame
