Step 1

For preparing mutton burgers, grind mutton mince, onion, garlic, cheese, chives, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Remove it from the grinder and add in maida.

Step 3

Make it into a shape of a cutlet.

Step 4

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both the sides on low flame.

Step 5

Mutton burgers is ready. Serve the burgers immediately with bread (make it into a sandwich).
