Marinate the mutton with turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, meat masala, garam masala, salt and 1 tsp of coconut oil.
Keep this ½ an hour. Pressure cook the mutton (with 1 cup water).3) When done, heat the mutton in cooker till the masala is well coated without water.4) In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add onion, green chillies and coconut slices.
Fry till the onion become soft and change color into brown. Add curry leaves and chilli flakes. Fry well.
Add the mutton and fry again. Fry in low flame.
Mix well. Till dark color.8) Tasty mutton chilli fry is ready.
