It was really great !!!!! I'm the world's worst cook but this was something
This recpie came good for me. I appreciate you for the dish..
Excellant recipe. I was amazed. Thanks.
its very tasety and delicious
hi, its good tasty.
enne saappadu..... thanks
its really very good..n thank you so much..as a newcomer to the cooking workshop i could learn how to cook a tasty mutton curry within few minutes...thanks a lot..keep posting!!
this mutton curry is really tastey
very very delicious
Seeing all the other comments, I also tried this recipe, but with some changes. As we do back home, I have fried the coriander and cumin seeds before making the paste. Also, added mutton only after adding and frying coconut & Tomatoes. Finally, I have pressure cooked the curry after adding the mutton which made the meat very soft. Over all it is a very good recipe.
I have not tried this recipe but by going through the ingredients and the method of preparation, this should certainly turn out to be a good recipe. For those who have given comments that are bitter and not in good taste should learn "cooking" from someone who knows it. Nobody can give you a recipe which when followed to the letter will turn out to be good or excellent. If they do, they are the exceptions. If that was true one could never say somebody`s cooking is better than somebody else`s for a given recipe. Every recipe is only a guideline which one should follow using one`s cooking sense (common sense). At least appreciate the fact that this person has taken the trouble to post it here. If you have improved it or found a shortcoming that can be rectified, share that with others.
Hey d recipe is pretty good!!
And a piece of advice to the following: "Sick Cook"..."Daniel Varghese"...."Rekha" U guys really need to get your basic manners straight!! U don`t like something...U just say that you don`t "like it" but wht u "three" have displayed here is excellent adult behaviour...shows how good U are with people.
Plz don`t blame your pathetic cooking skills to be the reason for a disaterous "mutton curry"....cos everybody else seems to have enjoyed it...so think again pals! Mebbe u need to revisit your school of cooking! Ha!
The recipe was just great! And to the other users who submitted nasty comments...since the one who gave this recipe cannot see your face does not mean that u should submit comments like this!Try to appreciate or jjst leaveit saying that they can make some changes..why leave such mean comments like this! The food you people made will taste like your mean comments only!
This recipe was not great and i just followed the ingredients and the method of preparation and it misses something. Either you have to add something or remove some ingredients. It also misses to guide correct proportion of the listed ingredients. The author should make a note of this to improve his cooking techniques
this curry tasted so good than my earlier versions
It was the worst reciepe I`ve ever tried, you can`t even set the methods or ingredients straight!I don`t know how everbody like it,it tastes so bad my whole family got sick to the stomach.
Wow!!! it was great,my hubby loved it.This time when he tasted my curry,he could not believe that this is me who has cooked it.Thanks for this recipe.
The curry excellent and tastes absolutely yummy.
For the first time I made mutton and came really tasty.. Thanks to you for giving this wonderful recipe.
I always made mutton, and my husband was not so happy. But with your recipe, he liked the taste so much. I also added fennel seeds with dry garam masala and Meat curry masala. The method of preparation is excellent. Thanks for such a delicious recipe.
The recipe is halfhazard in that ingredients and their amounts are not listed properly. What is 2 piece ginger? does it mean 2"? Also coriander powder is listed instead of coriander seeds. One really has to figure out the amounts in these cases on one`s own.
this recipe is very good.i tried this recipe and this curry came good..you can use shallots(small onions ) instead of large onions because it will add taste..this recipe is really good.
This recipe and all the suggestions that followed made me the star of my party last night!! Thanks a lot for this great recipe. It was finger lickin good!!
I was cooking mutton for the first time. Turned out great. Thanks.
Nice recipe.. Thanks.
WoW ! I surprised myself. I love to cook and experiment new styles. This was GREAT ! I added couple of Bay leaves i it too. Makes it more mouth watering. With the gravy you might finish a whole pot of rice.
Then also may have to join Weight watchers ! :))
Thanks a lot for this wonderful recipe. The dish was really delicious.
This recipe did win me a lot of compliments, which was very satisfying for an amateur cook that i am.Parvasi your suggestions did help!
It is very Good And tasty. One Doubt, in this Mutton curry we cannot add chilli Powder?
Good tasty recipe and as mentioned by pravasi a touch of perumzeeragam(fennel) makes it tastier.
Very good / useful recipe – few recommendation for experiment 1) use maximum small onion instead of big (Savala) 2) Reduce dried red chilly to 6 numbers then add 10 numbers of good black pepper. 3) Add ½ tsp of fennel (Perumjeerakam) to masala thus reduce cumin to ½ tsp. Hope the author doesn’t feel bad on writing my comments. I’m not a good cook, but I like to cook and do my experiments on others recipe; I think it’s always good to share such experiments – ONLY IF IT SUCCEED. Look forward to see more good mutton (Nadan) recopies in here. - Rgds -
Thankyou for such a easy recipe and fast cooking recipe .I LIke it!
