Grind coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Fry whole garam masala.
Add chopped onions and continue frying till golden brown.
Add coriander paste and fry well.
Add ginger and garlic and continue to fry.
Add mutton pieces and fry some more.
Add a teaspoon turmeric, tomatoes and coconut and fry for 5 mins.
Add salt and 2 cups of water to Mutton Curry.
Close the lid and cook Mutton Curry for 15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves in the Mutton Curry.
:- Mutton Curry is ready. Serve Mutton Curry hot.
:- You can have Kerala Mutton Curry with rice, porotta or chapathi.

Seeing all the other comments, I also tried this recipe, but with some changes. As we do back home, I have fried the coriander and cumin seeds before making the paste. Also, added mutton only after adding and frying coconut & Tomatoes. Finally, I have pressure cooked the curry after adding the mutton which made the meat very soft. Over all it is a very good recipe.
I have not tried this recipe but by going through the ingredients and the method of preparation, this should certainly turn out to be a good recipe. For those who have given comments that are bitter and not in good taste should learn "cooking" from someone who knows it. Nobody can give you a recipe which when followed to the letter will turn out to be good or excellent. If they do, they are the exceptions. If that was true one could never say somebody`s cooking is better than somebody else`s for a given recipe. Every recipe is only a guideline which one should follow using one`s cooking sense (common sense). At least appreciate the fact that this person has taken the trouble to post it here. If you have improved it or found a shortcoming that can be rectified, share that with others.

This recipe was not great and i just followed the ingredients and the method of preparation and it misses something. Either you have to add something or remove some ingredients. It also misses to guide correct proportion of the listed ingredients. The author should make a note of this to improve his cooking techniques

It was the worst reciepe I`ve ever tried, you can`t even set the methods or ingredients straight!I don`t know how everbody like it,it tastes so bad my whole family got sick to the stomach.

The recipe is halfhazard in that ingredients and their amounts are not listed properly. What is 2 piece ginger? does it mean 2"? Also coriander powder is listed instead of coriander seeds. One really has to figure out the amounts in these cases on one`s own.
this recipe is very good.i tried this recipe and this curry came good..you can use shallots(small onions ) instead of large onions because it will add taste..this recipe is really good.

WoW ! I surprised myself. I love to cook and experiment new styles. This was GREAT ! I added couple of Bay leaves i it too. Makes it more mouth watering. With the gravy you might finish a whole pot of rice.

It is very Good And tasty. One Doubt, in this Mutton curry we cannot add chilli Powder?
Good tasty recipe and as mentioned by pravasi a touch of perumzeeragam(fennel) makes it tastier.
Very good / useful recipe – few recommendation for experiment 1) use maximum small onion instead of big (Savala) 2) Reduce dried red chilly to 6 numbers then add 10 numbers of good black pepper. 3) Add ½ tsp of fennel (Perumjeerakam) to masala thus reduce cumin to ½ tsp. Hope the author doesn’t feel bad on writing my comments. I’m not a good cook, but I like to cook and do my experiments on others recipe; I think it’s always good to share such experiments – ONLY IF IT SUCCEED. Look forward to see more good mutton (Nadan) recopies in here. - Rgds -
