Step 1

Clean and cut mutton into medium pieces.

Step 2

Cook the mutton along with chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and a few curry leaves in a pressure cooker.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 5

Add curry leaves, shallots, green chillies and ginger and saute, till it becomes golden brown.

Step 6

Add the cooked mutton and cook, till the oil separates and is well roasted.

Step 7

Add pepper and garam masala and saute for 1 - 2 mins.

Step 8

Garnish with curry leaves.

Tried this turned out very nice. One minor thing, the mutton didn`t absorb flavor, but i love the dish so does others
