chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves

in a pan heat the oil and ghee and temper the cardamom, cinnamom, clove,aniseed and bay leaves

add onion and green chilli and saute it till the onion turn into brown

add tomato and saute it for 2 mins

add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to boil until the raw smell goes out

after 15 mins add required water to boil the mutton and close the lid and allow to boil until the mutton get boiled
