Step 1

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai and saute` onions followed by ginger and garlic pastes.

Step 2

Add spices followed by tomato.

Step 3

Sprinkle turmeric powder.

Step 4

Add meat, pepper corns and aniseed powder and salt.

Step 5

Pour required water and cook till meat is well done.

Step 6

Add green chillies.

Step 7

Mix coconut paste in a little water and pour it into the above gravy. Let it simmer till the gravy becomes thick.

Step 8

Add liver cut into one inch squares.

Step 9

Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 10

Let the gravy thicken and cover the meat and liver pieces.
