Step 1

For preparing mutton with vegetables, heat oil in a vessel.

Step 2

Fry garlic and spring onions on low flame for 1 minute.

Step 3

Mix together corn flour and rice wine in a bowl. Add the mixture to the pan and stir it for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add the mutton pieces, five-spice powder, ginger and mutton stock. Allow it to cook.

Step 5

Then add the carrot, potato, green peas and bean sprouts with required water. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 6

Toss in the green peas and mix it well. Remove it from the flame.

Step 7

Mutton with vegetables is ready.
