Very simple microwave mysore pak

malayalam: Kadala Podi / Kadala Mavu
telugu: Senaga Pindi / Chenaga Pindi
hindi: Besan / Channa No Lot
Gujarati: Channa No Lot
Konkani: Chonyapitti / Sone Pet

hindi: Cheeni / Shakkar
Mix together gram flour or besan with ghee.
Heat it in the microave for 1 min so that the raw smell of the flour goes away.
powder sugar in the mixie.
Add 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar to the mixture and heat for 2 mins.
Pour 1/4 cup milk and heat it again for 1 min.
Grease a tray with little ghee and pour the mysore pak into the tray.
Let mysore pak cool for 30 secs.
Cut mysore pak into pieces.
:- mysore pak is ready.
