Heat a pan and put oil in it, when the oil gets hot add sliced onion, garlic, shallots, ginger, salt and stir well until it gets brown.
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and stir for 1 minute.
Add chicken in to it.
Mix the chicken well with the batter and add little water then close the pan to make it boil.
Wait till the chicken gets boiled and then transfer to the serving dish after adding coriander leaves.
