Step 1

Soak grated bitter gourd in salted water for 5 minutes and then drain the water well.

Mix the bitter gourd, coconut, salt, green chilli, onion and salt well with hand.

Heat oil in a pan.

Splutter mustard sseds.

Step 5

Add ginger.

Step 6

Add the bitter gourd mix. Mix well.

Step 7

Sprinkle little water. Cover and cook till all the water has dried up.
