clean fish and slice in square shaped
heat a pan add oil and put ginger, onion ,green chilly,curry leaves and sauté it well.
then add tomato and sauté it well.
when its become brawn add all the powders and sautethen add.water , black tamarind or mango
let it get boiled
then add sliced fish to it.
then sauté it slowly .
close the pan for 10 mint. or until it gets cooked
