Step 1

For preparing naankatta, mix dalda and sugar well.

Step 2

Add the flour, cardamom powder and soda powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and press lightly.

Step 4

Bake it in oven at 280 degree c for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Naankatta is ready. Serve hot.
