Step 1

For preparing nadan thenga kozhi piralan, marinate chicken with turmeric, coriander, chilly powder, salt and little coconut oil.

Step 2

Cook chicken in covered pot.

Step 3

Do not add water.

Step 4

Mix onion, coconut, ginger, garlic, pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, fennel and give a small pulse in mixer.

Step 5

Crush it.

Step 6

Heat oil in pan, add the coconut mixture and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Add chicken pieces in it and cook well.

Step 8

Add curry leaves and cover it. Cook in low flame.

Step 9

Fry the chicken well.

Step 10

Nadan thenga kozhi piralen is ready.
