Peel the plantains and slit it lengthwise
In a bowl take atta,turmeric powder,rice powder,salt and sugar.
Add sesame seeds to this.
Add water to this and mix well to become a nice batter.
Dip this banana slices in this batter for 2 minutes
Heat oil in a kadai then deep fry the batter coated plantain slices.
Fry till it turns golden yellow.
Take this fried plantain in a strainer for draining excess oil.
Now nadan chayakkada pazhampori is ready to serve.
