Grind well the white rice with salt and water.:- only grind the mixture just before making the dosa, dont make it and keep.
Add water to the mixture and make it in a loose form.:- The mixture must be more loose than appam mix.
Heat frying pan and pour the mix so as to get a thin layer.
Close it with lid and cook for 2 minutes
:- The Neer Dosa is ready in a paper form!!
:- Serve the Neer Dosa hot!!!
