Directions

Step 1

For preparing New Zealand shanks, first clean the goat leg and grill it on all sides till it turns brown in color. Keep this aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, rosemary and goat leg. Saute for some time.

Step 3

Add the red wine to it and boil for some time.

Step 4

Then add the demi glace to it and cook it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in low heat and remove from flame.

Step 5

Cook potato and arrange it in plate.

Step 6

Place the cooked goat leg in the plate.

Step 7

Pour the prepared sauce above the goat leg.

Step 8

New Zealand lamb shanks, a tasty recipe is ready. Serve it hot.
