This recipe was excellent, thank-you for posting it. I am going to make it again and soon, which shows just how popular it was at my home :) I am an experienced cook and I like using the pressure cooker - I have found out it is convenient, quick and when used correctly food comes out tender and flavorful. I am always looking for good recipes for the pressure cooker -and this one hits the mark.

This is the easiest chicken curry I ever made. And it tastes so good. Chicken does not dissolve when cooked in a pressure cooker if too much water is not added and if the cooking time in the recipe is followed exactly. I made this curry twice and it came out perfect both times.

Chicken cooks so easily in a pan, hence there is not need to cook chicken in a pressure cooker. By cooking it in the Cooker, the Chicken will not be tender to eat and will simply dissolve making it tasteless.
