Step 1

Mix curd, cashewnut powder, kesar, food color, kasoori methi and milk powder. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Fry kalonji and add the whole chillies and fry again.

Step 4

Add masala paste and fry till oil separates.

Step 5

Add chicken pieces and fry for 5 mins.

Step 6

Add 1/2 cup of water.

Step 7

Cover and cook for 5 mins.

Step 8

Add the curd mixture.

Step 9

Cook covered on a low flame to a rich creamy gravy.

Step 10

Garnish with grated boiled egg and fried chillies.
