Step 1

Steam cook the vegetables(preferable a Idli steamer).

Step 2

Cook whole green gram in about 2 cups of water.

Step 3

When done, add all the powders along with the cooked vegetables and continue to cook, till done.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 5

Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Step 6

Pour the above seasoning into the curry and mix well.

Step 7

:- You can also pour a tsp of ghee on top for flavour.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with chappathis or rotis.
