Step 1

For preparing nutty bread pudding, preheat the oven to 350 degrees celcius.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix in bread, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla essence, lemon juice, cashew nuts, flaked almonds, raisins, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt to a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Grease a baking bowl and pour the bread mixture into it.

Step 4

Place the baking bowl in a big baking pan filled with water.

Step 5

Bake it for 45 minutes

Step 6

Check if the pudding is done by piercing a clean knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean, the pudding is done.

Step 7

Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool in room temperature.

Step 8

Place it in the fridge and allow it to chill.

Step 9

Nutty bread pudding is ready. Serve cold with whipped cream, any flavor ice-cream, jam etc.
