Directions

Step 1

For preparing oats dosa, soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours and grind till smooth with oats adding required water. Keep aside for 4 hours.

Step 2

Add salt, chopped chilly and coriander/curry leaves. Dosa batter is ready.

Step 3

Place a non stick pan on fire and spread ladle full of batter into it and make thin dosa.

Step 4

Sprinkle some oil or ghee and flip the dosa.

Step 5

Remove from pan when both sides are done and crispy.

Step 6

Oats dosa is ready. Serve hot with some chutney.
