Step 1

For preparing oats pancake, mix together potato, egg, flour, coriander leaves, butter milk, garlic and salt.

Step 2

Knead well.

Step 3

Dip in oats and coat well.

Step 4

Make balls and flatten it.

Step 5

Drizzle olive oil in pan, fry it in pan on both sides. Oats pancake is ready.
