Directions

Step 1

For preparing oats porridge, boil water and add the oats powder.

Step 2

Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes till it cooks.

Step 3

Then add in the milk and sugar. Mix it well.

Step 4

Oats porridge is ready. Serve warm.

Step 5

Note:
1)Oats are rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin B and E, iron and magnesium.

Step 6

Magnesium and vitamin B are both particularly important for strong nerves.
