Step 1 Oats Rava Dosa Recipe

Step 1

Dry roast the oats in a pan over low flame for 4-5 minutes. Grind all the ingredients except green chilly and coriander leaves to a dosa batter consistency by adding needed water and salt. Then add green chilly, coriander leaves and mix well

Step 2

Heat a non-stick tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.Pour 1/2 tsp of oil on the top of the dosa.Cook well ,flip the dosa and cook till it turns light brown and crisp.

Oats rava dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutneys.
