Step 1

For preparing omelet with pork filling, first fry the pork in a frying pan by adding butter and shred it.

Step 2

Take a bowl, add in the shredded pork, onions and cheese. Keep the filling aside.

Step 3

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in another bowl.

Step 4

In the same pan heat a little more butter.

Step 5

Pour in egg mixture and when it begins to thicken around the edges then reduce the heat. Cover and cook it.

Step 6

Remove the cover and increase the flame to brown the bottom.

Step 7

Place filling on 1/2 of the omelet.

Step 8

Loosen all the edges carefully. Fold the omelet in half and remove from the flame.

Step 9

Omelet with pork filling is ready. Serve immediately.
