Step 1

Mix together wheat flour, onion, green chillies, salt, crushed cumin seeds and a tbsp of oil.

Step 2

Knead them together along with a little water to form a dough.

Step 3

:- Make the dough a little harder than usual chappathi dough.

Step 4

Make big balls off the dough.

Step 5

Roll them out into thick chappathis.

Step 6

Heat the griddle.

Step 7

Cook it on both sides.

Step 8

When half done, spread 2 tsp of oil on each side and fry on low fire, till little golden.

Step 9

:- Serve with curd.
