Step 1

Grind together red chillies and coconut.

Step 2

Add tamarind, curry leaves, garlic, onion and salt.

Step 3

Grind them into a semi smooth form.

Step 4

:- No need to add water since the water content in the onion is enough.

Step 5

:- Serve by adding a spoon of gingelly oil in it.
