Directions

Step 1

Mix together the idli batter, chopped onions, minced chillies and minced ginger.

Step 2

Stir well to form a thick batter.

Step 3

Spread 1 big spoonful of it to a heated frying pan to make Onion Uthappam. When the base is golden brown, turn the side and cook well.

Step 4

Note: Pls see the recipe of idli to make the reqd idli batter.
