Step 1

)For preparing oyster fougath, heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 2

Add in the curry leaves.

Step 3

Then add in the oysters, turmeric powder, onion, water, green chillies, salt and grated coconut. Mix well, add required water and cook it on low flame with the lid.

Step 4

Oyster fougath is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
