Step 1

Clean the fish well and cut them into big pieces.

Step 2

Make slits all over them with a sharp knife.

Step 3

Grind together all the powders along with onions into a fine paste.

Step 4

Marinate the fish pieces with the above paste.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 6

Add the fish pieces and fry till one side is cooked.

Step 7

Flip the side and fry till done.
