Step 1

Chop Palak, Onion, Tomato, green chilly, garlic and ginger in to small pieces.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add tomato and palak.

Step 5

Add turmeric, chilly & garam masala powder and salt.

Step 6

Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Add cooked masoor dal to it.

Step 8

:- Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
