Step 1

For preparing palak egg thoran, heat oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds.

Step 2

Add curry leaves and red chilly powder.

Step 3

Then add chopped palak, salt and turmeric powder. Do not put the lid and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on low flame.

Step 4

Break the eggs and add it into the palak. Mix it continuously for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Palak egg thoran is ready. Serve with chapatti or as a side dish for rice.
