Step 1

For preparing palak paneer with potato, first boil chopped palak and grind it into paste with 1 green chilly.

Step 2

Keep it aside.

Step 3

Mash the potato and keep aside.

Step 4

In a frying pan pour 1 tbsp oil and fry paneer cubes in it.

Step 5

Drain from oil and keep aside.

Step 6

In the same oil add little butter and fry onion.

Step 7

Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, tomato and saute well.

Step 8

Add green chillies, capsicum, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder and coriander powder.

Step 9

Add little salt and saute well.

Step 10

Now add the mashed potato and mix well.

Step 11

Add little water to make a semi thick gravy.

Step 12

Add the palak paste and mix well.

Step 13

Before changing the palak color, add paneer cubes and fenugreek leaves above.

Step 14

Add pepper above. Remove from flame when paneer pieces are done.

Step 15

Serve with butter on top.

Step 16

Paneer palak with potato is ready.
