  • palak 2 bunches
    tomato 3
    ginger garlic 1 sp
    peas 1 cup
    butter 2 tbsp
    chilli powder 1 sp
    garam masala powder 1/2 sp
    coriander powdr 2 sp
    cumin powder 1 sp[
    pepper 1/2 sp
    aum chur powder 1 sp
    turmeric 1/2 sp
    salt to taste
    fresh cream 2 sp

in butter add fresh peas and saute it.

to this add red chilli powder ,cumin powder, coriander powder , turmeric and salt.

separately saute palak , tomatoes ginger garlic paste and grind it finely.
