Ingredients

  • spinach choped 1 cup
    onion 1
    green chili 2
    salt to taste
    cumin powder 1 sp
    coriander powder 1 sp
    turmeric 1/4 sp
    garlic paste 1/2 sp
    rice flour 2 sp
    besan 2 sp
    wheat flour 4 sp

chop onions and palak

add chili, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, garlic paste, rice flour and besan

knead to a dough with water and rest for 10mins
