hindi: Cheeni / Shakkar
Bengali: Laban / Noone
Mix together coconut milk and cow¦s milk in a vessel.
Bring it to a boil.
Add sugar and a bit salt and mix well.
Stir, till it thickens.
Add vanilla essence to a drop of water and mix the same with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel.
Cut them into shapes as desired.
:- This should be done before the mixture cools.
