Step 1

For preparing paneer with curd, take a mixing bowl and put all the seeds: kalonji, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Step 2

Grind together onion, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.

Step 3

Put a hard bottomed pan on fire and heat oil.Fry paneer and keep aside. Add the above seed mixture and allow to splutter.

Step 4

Add the ground onion and sautT well. Add paneer and salt.Saute for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Add curd and flour. Bring to boil.

Step 6

Garnish with chopped coriander .

Step 7

Paneer with curd, a tasty and healthy recipe with the goodness of milk, is ready.
