Crumble the paneer and mix in all the ingredients. Divideinto small tight balls.
For the batter, take the ingredients in a bowl, slowly add waterand make a semi thick batter.
Roll the paneer balls in the batter.
Heat a kadai with oil.
Fry the balls.
