Step 1

For preparing paneer green peas coconut gravy, heat ghee in a vessel, add onion paste, cumin seeds, salt and saute till it becomes transparent.

Step 2

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.

3)Pour in the tomato paste and green chillies. Saute it till the ghee separates.

Step 3

Then add in paneer, green peas, coriander powder, chilly powder, jaggery, cashew nut powder and coconut milk.

Step 4

Allow it to cook till the gravy becomes thick.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.

Step 6

Paneer green peas coconut gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, porotta, bread etc.
