First make paneer in cubes. Fry this paneer in butter till light brown and keep aside.
Make a paste of green chillies, cashew nuts, ginger. Keep this also aside.
In a kadai, add garam masala and onion. Fry for a while.4) Add the turmeric, coriander, chilli powder, cumin powder and fry again.
Add the paste and mix well. Fry till the flavor comes out.
Add tomato puree and fry again.7) Add paneer cubes and cook it.
Add 1 cup water and cook the masala.9) Add cream and stir it.
Paneer in rich gravy is ready.
