Step 1

For preparing paneer in spinach gravy, heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 2

Add in cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Then put in tomatoes and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well and add the spinach leaves. Cook for some time and remove it from the flame. Allow it to cool.

Step 4

Once cool, grind the spinach mixture with a little water till it becomes a puree.

Step 5

In the same deep frying pan add the spinach puree, butter, chilly powder, paneer, sugar, milk, salt and a little water. Mix it well.

Step 6

Allow it to cook for in low flame.

Step 7

Remove it from the flame once done.

Step 8

Paneer in spinach gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
