Step 1

Cut paneer into lengthy pieces.

Step 2

Deep fry in oil, till it becomes light brown in color. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Cut the rest of vegetables into lengthy pieces.

Step 4

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Step 5

Add onion and capsicum and fry, till capsicum is done.

Step 6

Add chopped tomatoes along with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and chaat masala.

Step 7

Saute for 3 mins.

Step 8

Add fried paneer into it.

Step 9

Add lemon juice and close the pan with a lid, after switching off the flame.

Step 10

:- Serve hot with Roti & Paratha.
