Step 1

1) Shallow fry paneer cubes in oil. Keep aside.

2) Grind ginger, green chilli with tomatoes and keep aside.

3) Grind the almond and cashew to a fine paste and keep aside.

4) Heat oilin a Kadai / Wok.

5) Add the cumin seeds followed by tomato paste and fry until the oil starts to come out of the masala.

6) Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and almond-cashew paste and fry well until you see the rich tomato paste.

7) Add salt and garam masala and the cubed paneer.

8)Garnish with coriander leaves.

:-Enjoy. Serve with rotis or rice.
