Slice the onion
Chop the mushroom and paneer
in a kadai heat the ghee and add onion and saute it for 3 minutes until it turn into brown
add chopped mushroom and mix well
add salt , pepper and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
now add chopped paneer and mix.
add grated carrot and mix it
allow to cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
now paneer mushroom masala is ready to serve
