For preparing paneer recipe, boil milk well.
Stir in the juice of 1 lime and stir it continuously.
When the milk curdles, strain it through a muslin cloth.
Squeeze out the excess water and put a weight on top of it to flatten it.
After some time cut into cubes.
Paneer is ready to be used in any preparation.
