Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Paneer cut into big cubes
  • 1 no Capsicum cut into fine rings
  • 1 no Tomato cut into long strips
  • 2 nos Onions cut into fine rings
  • 3-4 nos Garlic pods
  • 1" piece Ginger
  • 2- 3 nos Whole red chilly Kollamulaku
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt Kala Namak
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder roasted
  • 2 drops Yellow Color
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut paneer into cubes.
  • Grind ginger, garlic and dry chillies into a paste.
  • Add curd, jeera, garam masala, cummin powder, lemon juice, 2 tbsp of oil, yellow color, salt, and kala namak(black salt) to paste.
  • Apply half of the paste on paneer and marinate for at least for 2 hours.
  • Transfer the paneer pieces on a greased tray and keep in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or kadai and add capsicum and onions. Cook till onions turn pink.
  • Add tomato strips without pulp followed by the leftover paste. Mix well for half a minute.
  • Add few drops of lemon juice.
  • :- Serve Paneer Tikka surrounded by onion, capsicum and tomatoes.

    Very nice reciepe ,came out well,but the paneer was not as soft as wht i got from the restaurant so can u suggest something for that, like wht the oven temperature should be or any other tips.Thanks for the receipe
